Growing Young Minds

RPS Preschool focuses across the areas of child development, facilitating learning in social and emotional, cognitive, and physical development, literacy and language, math, science, and the arts. Our children play to learn, with whole group, small group, and individualized opportunities. Our licensed teachers and talented assistants provide caring, quality environments where the love of learning will flourish.

We offer 4 different Class Types:
Explorers – 3 year olds
Pathfinders – 3-5 year olds
Trailblazers – 4-5 year olds
STEM – 4-5 year olds

Individualized Learning

We recognize that all children need individualized learning experiences offered in a play-based learning environment by teachers who are skilled in building strong and nurturing relationships. RPS Preschool offers a variety of preschool options (including AM, PM and evening) and services for young children and their families.

Early exposure to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) helps children to develop thinking and reasoning skills and creates excitement about these studies. STEM is all about exploring, observing, predicting and questioning and your preschooler will be encouraged plan, create and problem solve with help from our teachers. We will tap into your child’s imagination and understanding of how things work and discuss STEM vocabulary and systems. Children will put their ideas into action, reflect on them and think about other ways to do things in a play-based early learning environment. Children must be at least 4 years of age by 9/1/2017.
