Community Education's New Learning Kitchen at Dakota Middle School

Community Education has designed a state-of-the-art learning kitchen, especially for our participants to develop and improve their culinary talents. Sponsored by Student Nutrition Services and Community Education.

Six learning stations with complete cookware, utensils, small wares, and microwave
Flat top ranges/ovens with proofing/warming drawers
Compact commercial dishwashers for fast and easy cleanup
Seated space for demonstrations and discussions
Four 65-inch monitors for real-time guidance in the learning stations
Chef-designed safety protocols and facility oversight
