A Community Education Gift Certificate is a perfect gift for anyone. Gift Certificates are available in any dollar amount you desire. Call or stop in the Northrop Education Center's main office to purchase a Gift Certificate.

Promo Code: Time-sensitive Promo Codes are available in the catalog or sent via CE News e-newsletters.

Senior Citizen Discount: Any resident of Rochester Public Schools who is 62 years of age or older may take the Community Education senior discount of 20% off designated classes. The discount will be applied automatically when your birthday is entered into the system.

Supply Fee: In addition to the course fee, the Supply Fee covers materials provided. The Supply Fee is collected at first class meeting in cash or check form.

Class Cancelation Policy Prior to Start Date: If you withdraw from a class 1 week or more before the start date, you will receive a refund minus a $5.00 processing fee. If you withdraw from a class less than one week before the start date, you will receive a pro-rated refund minus any costs incurred, including a $5.00 processing fee. Refunds will not be issued if you withdraw 72 hours prior to class start date.

Class Withdrawal Policy After Start Date: You may withdraw from classes of three sessions or more after attending the first session. You must notify the Enrichment Office of your intent to withdraw prior to the second class by calling (507) 328-4000. Unless otherwise indicated, you will be issued a prorated refund minus a $5 processing fee and any costs incurred.

Refunds for Effortless Excursions are specific to each Excursion.

To withdraw from a class, you must call (507) 328-4000. You are not able to withdraw from a class online. 

Once you registered for a trip, you will receive your tickets when you board the bus on the day of the trip.
